Leaves nails with a hard protective finish and super shine. Increases polish wearability and prevents nail polish from discoloring
Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Nitrocellulose, Dibutyl Phthalate, Polyvinyl Butyral, Benzophenone 1, D&C Violet 2
Apply as a top coat after applying the last coat of essie nail polish.
