What it does:
When used with a quality developer, this permanent hair dye penetrates the hair shaft to deposit hair color molecules deep within. It doesn’t fade or wash out. While this is a highlighter, you can use it to apply all-over or popping highlights.

The formula is enriched with ColorBond Technology, which helps the dye to bond with the hair strands and last long. Different developer strengths are recommended for different looks. For best results, read the instructions that come with the dye.
