What it is:
Experiment with the boldest colors with Redken City Beats Color Cream. This is a direct-dye that comes in lively hues like big apple red, yellow cab, and broadway blue. There’s also a “clear” shade available for experimentation.
What it does:
This semi-permanent dye deposits color molecules on top of the strands- no developer needed. On pre-lightened hair, the colors show up bright and true-to-color. On really dark hair, the dye will leave a tint on the hair that will shine in the sun. Mix the “clear” shade with any other colors in the line to lighten them.
What else you need to know:
To get a lighter color result, leave the color on for less time. If you want bold, vibrant color, leave the color on your hair for the recommended amount of time. The color will last up to 12 shampoos, and then it will start to fade.
