What it is:

apply to damp skin, spraying from approx. 20cm from skin. Begin above the head and move downwards along the areas to be tanned. In the case of excess product, remove gently and blot the skin. Apply every 2-3 days and use the microfibre glove for best results. Wash hands after applying
