Wet hair. Apply shampoo. Work into a lather with a gentle massage on the scalp. Ensure coverage of the whole head of hair as well. Leave on the scalp for one to three minutes. Rinse out completely. Repeat, increasing the leave on time to between two to four minutes before rinsing.
