This conditioning, moisturizing primer coats lashes and eyebrows, enhancing even the shortest lashes and brows with unbeatable volume and length. Apply additional coats for even greater coverage and volume.
What else you need to know:
This product is dye- and gluten-free, and doesn't contain any fumes or fragrances that could sting or irritate eyes. Vitamin E enriches and nourishes by replenishing vitamin B5 levels to lashes, protecting against free radicals and environmental stressors.

Suggested Usage: -Apply one or two coats before mascara, or before going to sleep. -Allow primer to set for 30 seconds between coats. -Rinse off with warm water or eye makeup remover.
