What it is:
This specially formulated dilator expands the coils to allow the cuticle to become wavy or straight depending upon the temperature of the blow dryer and flat iron. The hair is now prepared for the Releasing Lotion (Step 2).
What it does:
Prepares hair for straightening and smoothing uptake of the Releasing Lotion
